We're two partners, both born on the 23rd. When we found this land in Bovina, tucked into the Delaware County hills, we knew the number meant something. 23 is prime — indivisible, stubborn, singular. That's how we farm.

23 Pastures is built on one belief: nurturing the land nurtures the animals, and nurturing the animals produces food worth eating. Managed rotational grazing, no synthetic inputs, and animals given time and space to be animals.
